As of 1930 last night, an emergency SAVE COCO COMMITTEE (SCC) was formed during an impromptu meeting held at the rooftop garden of 320 Harris Street. Sitting on the board are 6 wise dog-lover members consisting of myself & Ian, Sara & her hubby, George & his gf and was chaired by the honourable foster mum, Kristen. Agenda included discussing ways to housetrain the ever stubborn Ms. Coco and coming up with potential candidates to adopt her if we back off. Conclusion was that we will give it another go and if it doesn't work, Sara and hubby will come into place, either adopting her or get their friend, Emma, to have her.

SWEET FANNY ADAMS


If you are a frequent listener to the Nova's breakfast show by Merrick & Russo (plus Kate Richie), there has been a phrase that has caught many's attention for the past week: "Sweet FA for 50K". So, many started to wonder, what the heck is Sweet FA? And, if you don't understand what Sweet FA is, how the hell are you ever gonna lay your hands on that 50K they kept mentioning about?

Well, fear not. Sweet FA is an aussie slang which simply means bugger all, or nothing at all. The phrase was inspired by the murder case of Sweet Fanny Adams in 1867 by Frederick Baker in Alton. And as time evolved, Sweet FA now simply means sweet f*ck all, or also translated as nothing at all.

Ok, still don't know how to use that phrase? Here are some example:

"For what he has done, I bloody hope he gets a Sweet FA at the end of game"

Alright, besides that, Sweet FA also comes to mean sweet f*cking ass, as shown in the example below:

"OMFG, that blonde chick there has got a nice sweet FA!"

Yeah, and just in case u wonder who's sweet FA was that on that picture.....it was his.....
