The Mutation of a Shopaholic...

Goshhhh....I've been spending a fortune recently...despite the fact that I'm currently jobless (which means no income). At this time when it is important to save and only focus on necessity, I've been allowing myself to go on endless shopping trips. To make things worst, I've recently discovered a whole new way to shop....WAREHOUSE!! And it all started from the day I move in to Alexandria. Moving house has cost us like a fortune since we need to break our lease and then pay for all the relocation costs....and just when we tot suburbia life will spend less money...it proved wrong!! arghhhh...just look at all the warehouses here....i walked down to Sydney Park Rd the other day with the aim of going to the agent's but end up discovering the other exciting part of Alexandria. And a supposedly 1 hour trip took me like 4 hours in the end....I discovered Bay Swiss warehouse, Victoria Basement, Levi's warehouse, Sea Folly warehouse, handbags, clothing and Event's.....OMG! How can I resist it!

First...I went in to Bayswiss, thinking, "I need something nice for my balcony...let's see if we can find something nice..." and lucky me I did not find anything expensive! Just as I tot the shopping devil can no longer exist as I walk home through Euston Rd...i bumped into Levi's warehouse...i swear that i just went in to peep, without the intention of buying anything. But then, the staff there wouldn't let me exit at the entrance and hence, I had to walk all the way down the warehouse to the exit...that's when i saw how cheap it was!!! Everything was already reduced and on top of that, the staff told me that everything is still another 40% off!!! OMG...how can i resist it!!

And ended up with this lovely piece by Ben Sherman....

And a pair of black Levi's for my baby to wear it to work....cool!

At a separate occasion, I went out to Pitt St. Mall on the Easter Sunday to accompany Cynthia buy her accessories for that nite's dance party. We went there only to realise that all shops are closed due to Easter and that the only one open was Myer's...and the dangerous part was....they were having their Easter SALE! Damn.....

There I go...leaving the store with my new baby.....

I have a custom that I set for myself that I always needed a new pair of boots for every winter and I guess this year isn't gonna change at all despite I'm running low on cash....Lucky we were rushing to watch the basketball match at Sydney Uni Aquatic Centre...if not, I would have bought another pair which I adore much as well. It's an ankle boots which is sooo hot this season but it had no heels...so it's gonna be tough to match with my wardrobe so I had to gave up on it...but nevertheless, I'm happy with the one I bought...cute, yet classy!

And then...another blow....yesterday. Was suppose to go to KMart at Broadway to buy some household stuff and then realise that Target is opened! So, we went all the way to Target...just to have a peek...It was a waste that the Stella MacCartney range has ran outta my size so I din bother seeing it. So I walked ard and as I was thinkin that i will end up not buying anything, I saw this cute little baby at the corner....OMG....this winter's must have...ANORAK! In checkered design! I've been looking for a decent one for ages and finally it met my eyes!! And when I check, the smallest is a size 10...

"Mmmm....its ok, I'll just try it on and see how i go with it...definitely too big for me...but it doesn't cost to try...."

I put it on and amazingly the size 10 is a unusual size 10...it appeared smaller...something like in between a normal size 8 and 10....so it FITTED!! And mama ain't gonna let this lil baby slip off my hands...and ended up buying it!

And there it goesssss....i hope i can overcome my shopaholic syndrome soon or there's gonna be a hole in my bank account soon....
